What if I do not know the time?
You can choose an unknown time. We disclose a 10 pm local-time assumption and let you change it. The calculation time is always shown before approval.
Can I change the place name?
Yes. The words printed on your map can be different from the city used for the calculation. The selected coordinates stay attached to the design.
Can I edit after ordering?
You can always edit an unfinished draft. Purchased artwork is locked to the proof you approved. Contact support before production starts if a correction is needed.
Will the colors look exactly like my screen?
Screens and printed paper reproduce color differently. The preview shows your composition; physical color depends on the qualified print process.
Can I send it as a gift?
Your shipping recipient can be different from the buyer. Available gift and delivery options are shown at checkout; do not assume gift wrapping unless explicitly offered.
